P	toli janmamu sEyu duDuku telisenu rAma ||	O Sri Rama, I realise that this is the effect of the disdainful sins I committed in my previous births.
AP	nee mahima phala mEmO ara chEti punTikaddamu vale nA ||	The merits of your glory may be great. But the effects of sins I commited are like sores clearly visible without a mirror.
C 1	rAgi pairula chenta ramyamou vari molaka rAjilla nErchunaTarA nAgaSayana tyAgarAju pApamu tOnu nAma puNyamu chelagunA nEnu ||	Does a rice sappling grow well by the side of Ragi crop which is a dry crop ? O lord that reclines on divine serpent, is it possible for Tyagaraja to escape the effects of sins committed in previous births by the piety (punyam) earned, chanting your sacred name ?

Tyagaraja describes the glory and beauty of sacred Tulasi in this Kruti. He begs her to establish herself well in his house.

AP	ee mahini nee samAna mevaramma bangAru bomma ||	O Mother, who is equal to you on this earth ? You are the prettiest golden doll.
C 1	karaku suvarNapu sommulu beTTi sariga cheera muddu guriya gaTTi karuNa juchi sirulanu oDigaTTi varaduni karamunanu baTTi Sri ||	Adorned with pure gold ornaments,dressed in golden saree beautifully, with sparkling looks full of grace, with abundant wealth at your disposal,you held the hand of Sri Maha Vishnu as his consort.
C 2	uramuna mutyapu sarulasiyADa sura taruNulu ninnu kanu goniyADa varamunu lashTa digeeSulu vEDa varaduDu ninnu prEma jooDa Sri ||	While pearl necklaces are dangling on your bosom, while celestial damsels are singing your praise, while Devas of all directions are praying to you,while the ever benevolent Sri Maha Vishnu is looking at you lovingly, please flourish well in our house.
C 3	maruvaka pArijAta sarOja kuravaka vakuLa sugandha rAja vara sumamulachE tyAgarAja varaduni ninu puja sEtu Sri ||	Tyagaraja worships Sri Maha Vishnu and you, his dear consort with the most fragrant and beautiful flowers maruvaka, parijata, lotus, kuravaka,and vakula.

In this small but highly philosophic Kruti Tyagaraja expounds that Srirama is the embodiment of Vedic truth "tatvamasi"(you are that)

P	tatvameruga taramA para ||	O Srirama, is it within my domain to comprehend the nature of transcendental philosophy?.
AP	tatvamasi yanE vAkyArdhamu rAma neevanu para ||	I am ignorant of the fact that you are the meaning and purpose of the Vedic truth "tatvamasi", (you are that). tat=Eshwara the lord, tvam=you, the living being.
C 1	tAmasa rAjasa guNamula tannukOLLa bOdayA rAma bhaktuDaina tyAgarAja vinuta vEda SAstra ||	The struggle between 'tamasa'(Indolence),rajasa(passion) and 'satva (serenity) is endless. Is it possible for Tyagaraja the ardent devotee of Srirama, to comprehend that Srirama is himself the embodiment of Vedic truths.

C 1	sariganchu SAluvaTa choukaTla pOgulaTa paruvampu prAyamaTa paramAtmuDaTa rangani ||	His shawl is skillfully woven with golden border. He is young . He is supreme soul Sriranga.
C 2	mukha nirjita chandruDaTa muddu mATalADunaTa sukhamosagi brOchunaTa sundarAnguDaTa rangani ||	Even the moon is humbled by the beauty of his face. His speech is sweet. He is ravishingly handsome. He is the bestower of happiness.
C 3	AgamasanchAruDaTa akhila jagatpAlakuDaTa tyAgarAja sannutuDaTa taruNulAra rangapatini	He revels in Vedas and Upanishads. He is the protector of the entire Universe. He is worshipped by Tyagaraja. O young maids, let us go to see Sriranga.
