P	sadA madim dalatu gadarA mudAspada nagAdhipatE ||	O Siva the spouse of Parvati the off-spring of Himavan the king of mountains,you are the abode of happiness. Am I not contemplating upon you always ?
AP	sadA SivAnanda swarupa sadaya mOda hrudaya pada sarOjamulanE ||	O Sadasiva, you are the embodiment of supreme bliss. Your heart is full of compassion and bliss. I contemplate upon your lotus feet only.
C	digambarAndhaka daitya hara digeeSa sannuta gangAdhara mrugAnka SEkhara naTana chatura manupa samaya midirA tyAgarAja nuta ||	O Digambara the all pervading deity, you are the destroyer of the demon Andhaka. Indra adores you. You are adorned with sacred Ganga on your head. You are Chandra Sekhara with crescent moon on your head. You are the cosmic dancer. O lord of Tyagaraja, this is the best opportune time to protect me.

In this Kruti Tyagaraja requests lord Siva to bestow him power of concentration to meditate upon him heartily.

P	evarunnAru brOva inta tAmasa mElanayyA ||	Who else is there to protect me ? Why is this inordinate delay ?
AP	vivarambuga delpavayya viSvESa Sri pancha nadeeSa ||	O lord of Panchanadeesa, please let me know clearly .
C	manasAraga dhyAnimpanu manasu nilupu marmambu delipi tana vADanE dalachi dhairya mosagu tyAgarAja nuta ||	O Maheswara, tell me the secret of concentrating on you heartily. I earnestly believe that you treat me as your man. You are the compassionate bestower of confidence. Tyagaraja worships you.

In this Kruti Tyagaraja praises Srirama as Srikrishna himself and narrates various miracles performed by Krishna.

P	sArasa nETrAPAraguNa sAmaja SikshA gOddharaNa ||	O lotus eyed lord, your virtues are limitless. You punished the elephants sent by Kamsa. You lifted Govardhana hill.
C	pApaghanAbhra sameeraNa pAmara pAlita pAvana nAma chaNa tApasa mAnasa sArasa bhrama rAnagha rAghava mA ra maNa yOgivandya pAhi hEy sAgarArti haraNa rAga lObha doora Sri tyAgarAja pOshaNa ||	You dispel our innumerable sins like a gale scatters away dark clouds. You are the protector of all. Your name is holy. You are like a bee hovering around lotus-like hearts of sages. You are unblemished Raghava the husband of Mother Sita. Yogis bow to you in reverence. You dispelled the afflictions of Sagara the king of seas. You are free from attachment and covetiousness. You are the protector of Tyagaraja.

P	kalaSa vArdhijAm satatam bhajE ||	I always worship Sri Lakshmi born out of milky ocean.
AP	kamala lOchanAm ramAm mAm kalabha gAmineem karibhirvrutAm kamala nAbha hrutkamala SritAm ||	She is Mother Ramaa with eyes beautiful like lotus petals. She is Gaja Lakshmi with elephants on her sides. She has the majestic gait of an elephant. She is Maha Lakshmi adorning the lotus-like heart of Sri Maha Vishnu.
C	kamaneeya jaya dhana dhAnya roopAm kanakAdi dhairya lakshmee swarupAm kamalAm mahA santAna rupAm kamalAlayAm tyagarAja mOksha rupAm ||	She is beautiful Jaya Lakshmi the ever victorious, Dhana Lakshmi the embodiment of wealth, Dhanya Lakshmi the giver of granary abundantly, Dhairya Lakshmi the bestower of courage, Santana Lakshmi the bestower of children and Moksha Lakshmi the bestower of Salvation to Tyagaraja.
