P	tulasi bilva mallikAdi jalajamulu gaikonavE ||	O Rama,please accept my worship with fragrant tulasi leaves,bilwa leaves,jasmine and lotus flowers.
AP	jalajAsana SankarAdi karArchita jaladAbha sunAbha vibhAkara hrujjalESa hariNAnka sugandha ||	Brahma on lotus as seat,Sanaka and other saints worship you.You shine like a cloud with a lotus at your navel. You are like the moon rising from the ocean of Solar dynasty.
C 1	uramuna mukhamuna Siramuna bhujamuna karamuna nEtramuna charaNa yugammuna karuNatO nenaru tO paramAnandamu tO niratamunu sri tyAgarAju nirupAdhikuDai yarchinchu || |	Let me place the sacred Tulasi leaves and flowers on your chest,face,head, shoulders,hands,eyes and feet.Let me worship without any selfish end but with ideal qualities like kindness,affection and bliss .

In this Kruti regrets of his plight amidst people bereft of devotion to Sri Hari.He wonders whether it was the result of his prayers in his previous birth.

P	toli nE jEsina pujAphalamu telisenu nA pAli daivamA ||	O my tutelary God Rama,I realise that this is the reward for the prayers I did in my previous births.
AP	palu vidhamula nE dalachi karagaga balukaka neevaTu nEniTu kAgA ||	I contemplated on you in different ways heartily but you remained silent with opposite stance.
C 1	sari vAralalO chowka chEsi u dara pOshakulanu poruguna chEsi haridAsa rahita puramuna vEsi dari chupakunDaga tyAgarAjanuta ||	You made me cheap among my peers.You kept me amidst people who are just for making money to fill their bellies.Oh Rama that Tyagaraja worships,you placed me in a town without devotees of Sri Hari.I am left without a way out.

In this Kruti Tyagaraja asks Rama whether it was fair to forget the people serving him whole-heartedly.

P	nammina vArini marachEdi nyAyamA rAmA ||	Oh Rama,is it fair to ignore and forget those who have implicit faith in you only?
AP	kamma viltuni kanna mA chakkani kaLyANa rAma ninnu ||	You are our most beautiful and auspicious Rama.You are Vishnu the father of Manmadha who weilds flower arrows.
C 1	chinna nATa nunDi chittamu rA naDachi ennarAni yooDigamu lenchuchu boojinchi ninnu ||	They have been serving you in all the possible ways, keeping you in their hearts always.
C 2	Asaminchi rAma ninnantarangamuna nunchi vAsi vAsi yanuchunuvarNinchuchu entO ninnu ||	O Rama, they acclaim you as the most precious one. They have absolute faith in you.
C 3	bhOgamulandu vELa budhdhi nee eda nunchE tyAgarAja sannuta tAraka charita ninnu ||	They think of you only while enjoying their day to day pleasures.You are renowned for your character. Tyagaraja worships you.

In this Kruti Tyagaraja praises Lord Sundaresa of Kovuru. He says that even the scriptures and epics could not comprehend the spiritual powers of the most benevolent Siva.

P	nammi vachchina nannu nayamuga brOvavE ninu ||	I've come to you with implicit faith in you. Kindly protect me.
AP	kommani varamula nosagE kOvuri sundarESa ||	Oh lord Sundaresa of Kovuru,you grant us boons profusely.
C 1	vEda purANAgama SAstAdulu gumi gooDi padamulanu gana jAlaka batimAli vEda nAda rupa soundarya nAyakeepa mata vAda rahita tyAgarAja varada sundarEswara ninu ||	The Vedas,the epics,upanishads and all philosophic knowledge could not trace your holy feet i.e.could not understand your nature..You are the lord of Soundarya nayaki the beautiful heroine.You are the embodiment of 'Nada' the divine musical sound.You are above the different religious faiths. You are the bestower of boons to Tyagaraja.
