AP	sOma surya lOchana sundara vadana Sri ||	The Moon and the Sun are your eyes and your face is fascinating.
C 1	tAta vachana paripAla puruhutAdyamara pAri jAta sumitrO sitAramaNi tO velasina ||	You fulfilled the promisses made by your father Dasaradha. You are like the divine wish fulfilling 'Parijata'tree to Indra and other Devatas.You descended on the earth with Lakshmana and beautiful Sita.
C 2	dharAdharAbha Sarira bhAvaja suku mAra sAkEtapura vihAra nannElukOra ||	You shine with the effulgence of clouds.You are delicate and handsome like Manmadha.You move pleasantly in Saket. Please protect me.
C 3	nAgaSayana muni yAga pAlana bhakta bhAgadhEya pAvana tyAgarAja vinuta ||	You recline on 'Sesha' serpent.You are the protector of 'yagas'(vedic rituals).You are the wealth of your devotees.You are pious.Tyagaraja worships you.

In this Kruti Tyagaraja praises the heroic deed of Rama in protecting the 'Yaga' of sage Viswamitra.He feels that various kinds of worship done by him might develop pride in him.He requests Rama to dispel his false pride.

P	SaSi vadana bhakta janAvana Sankara nE tALagalanA ||	Oh Rama,you are beautiful like the full moon. You are the protector of devotees and bestower of happiness. How can I bear the delay?
AP	pasitana mandE muni yajNamuna nee bahu parAkramamunu nerunganA rAkA ||	Don't I know about your valor in protecting the 'Yaga'(Vedic Sacrifice)performed by Viswamitra.
C	dinadina moupAsana japa tapa dhyAnamanu yAgamu vELa manasuna buTTina ghana Dhambuni tODanu mAreechuni pani cherachina yA tyAgarAjArchita ||	My daily oblations,meditation,incantations and penance might develop pride in my mind which is like the demon Maricha .Just as you destroyed Maricha dispel my false pride. Oh Rama,Tyagaraja worships you.

In this Kruti Tyagaraja says that Rama with his supreme power destroyed arrogant demons. He adds that he is his favorite deity.

P	SyAma sundarAnga sakala Saktiyu neevEra ||	O Rama the beautiful one with blue complexion. You are the Supreme Power.
AP	tAmasa rahita guNasAndra dharanu velayu rAmachandra ||	You are bereft of indolence but you are the embodiment of all virtues.Oh Ramachandra,you descended on the earth.
C 1	dushTa danuja mada vidAra SishTajana hrudaya vihAra ishTa daivamu neevEra ilanu tyAgarAju vEra ||	You destroyed the evil demons.You stay pleasantly in the hearts of righteous people.You are my favorite deity.Is Tyagaraja separate from you?

In this Kruti Tyagaraja tells about the great 'mantras','balA- atibala taught by Viswamitra to Rama.He says that even Brahmanas are unaware of the powers of 'mantra'

P	SrikAnta nee yeDa balAtibala chelaganga lEdA vAdA ||	Oh lord of Sita,did you not acquire the two powerful 'mantras','bala'and 'atibala'taught by sage Viswamitra?.Is there any doubt about it?
AP	pAkArinuta neevAri balAbalamunu teliyaga lEdEmi ||	Indra worships you.Don't you know the merits of your own persons.
C 1	kAka daityunEka Saramuna nEya kanjAstramai baraga lEdA Srikara dwijulai tAnerugalEni chinta neeku tOchadEmi tyAgarAjanuta ||	Did you not shoot Kakasura with just a single arrow which became the powerful "Brahmastra'.Oh Rama the auspicious deity, don't you know that even the learned Brahmanas are ignorant of the powers of 'Mantras'.
