This is Utsava sampradaya keertana (festval song) praising the divine splendour and glory of Sri Rama.

P	ksheera sAgara vihAra aparimita ghOra pAtaka vidAra kroora jana gaNa vidoora nigama sanchAra sundara Sareera	Oh Lord Maha Vishnu ,your pleasant abode is the milky ocean.You annihilate the worst sins,you remain at a distance to cruel people.You engross yourself in Vedas.You are very beautiful.
AP	Sata makhahita vibhanga Sree damana Samana ripu sannu tAnga Srita manavAntaranga janakajA ShrungAra jalaja bhrunga ||	You destroyed the enemies of Indra and others.You are adorned with lotus flowers.Siva adores you. You are intimate to your devotees. You are like a bee near the lotus like beauty Sita.
C 1	rAjAdhirAja vEsha Sree rAma ramaNeeyakara subhoosha rAjanuta lalita bhAsha Sree tyAgarAjAdi bhakta pOsha ||	Your appearence with excellent ornaments of emperor is majestic. All the kings adore you. Your talk is gentle.You protect Tyagaraja and other devotees.

In this kruti Tyagaraja implores the compassionate Rama to assuage his deep anguish.

P	karuNA samudra rAmA kAvavE Sri rAmabhadra ||	Oh SriRama the savior,Oh Rama the ocean of compassion,please protect me.
AP	SaraNAgata hritchidra Samana nirjita nidra ||	You assuage the anguish of the seekers of protection. You quell the trance of ignorance.
C 1	nA pApamu nAtO nuntE Sree pa nee birudu kEmi bratuku E pApula SApamO endukee chalamu tyAgarAjanuta ||	Oh consort of Lakshmi,if all my sins remain with me ,what is the use of your great title? I don't know which sinner cursed me.Oh lord of Tyagaraja,why this indifference? Why don't you come to save me?

In this kruti Tyagaraja deplores the unscrupulous way the people are leading their lives without any fear of sin and its consequences.

P	krupa joochuTaku vELa rA rAmA ||	Oh Rama,it is time to show your grace.
AP	aparAdhamula nOrva vaSamA yana bOkavE sari vAralalO ||	Please don't say that it is not possible for you to tolerate evils and misdeeds.
C 1	paramArdhamou mArga merugaru prabhuvulella neecha sEvakulu rA para lOka bhaya menta gAnaru vara tyAgarAja hrutsadana ||	People are not aware of spiritual path. Even the rulers are helping and serving the evil.They are not afraid of hell. Oh Rama,Tyagaraja's heart is your abode.
