Goddess Parvati is the personification of the phenominal and illusive cosmos. Brahma and other Devatas bow to her. She is Lord Siva's consort.

She is heartily delighted with supreme knowledge of creation. Brahma and sages worship her. She is dear to Srividya. She dwells in Brahma randhra at the top of the skull.

Sage Gautama worships Gayatri and Gauri the daughter of Himalayas. She is Narayani. She is beautiful and very compassionate. She has sweet voice. She is always absorbed in deep meditation. She is auspicious. Her serpentine braid is beautiful. She is ancient. She grants Kaivalya. (salvation). She enables us remove obstacles on the path of salvation. Her speech is divine.
