Oh friend Kuchela, do you remember one day our guru's wife asked us to fetch some firewood from forest.

After we both collected some firewood from the forest and were returning home, it became night with heavy rain.
Then we both walked boldly holding each other's hands and came home.

Early in the morning our esteemed Guru knowing about our hardships during the previous night,
pitied us and blessed us heartily.

In this way Lord Krishna whose effulgence humbles the Sun,
who is extolled for his greatness talked to his friend Kuchela.
