Ashok Madhav is a contemporary composer residing in Pittsburgh, USA. He has composed krithis in Sanskrit, Telugu, Tamil and Kannada. His book "Melakarta Gana Malika got good review by Sruti Magazine. Prof T R Subrahmanyam is his guru who also checked his compositions and gave his approval. He is author of many articles on Karnatic music. His Mudra ia Bharani.
