rAma krishNa gOvindEti - bhairavi - Adi
Bhudevi, Brahma, Indra, Sanaka and other sages approach Sriman Narayana to request him to descend on the earth to save the people from the attrocities
of demon Kamsa and other wicked people. In this song Sanaka and others sing
about the infinite powers inlaid in the names of Rama, Krishna and Govinda.

Chanting these names is not restricted to a particular time, place or direction. It is simple and benificial. It showers ocean-like grace of
ideal Guru.
Rama is Ganga, Krishna is Yamuna and Govinda is Sarasvati. The combination of these names is the most precious Mantra.

Sama,Yajur, Rig and Atharvana vedas derived their prowess from these names only. They assuage agony and bestow peace of mind.
Rituals like bath, Sandhya, japa, fire worship and sacred ablutions are not required to chant these names. They bestow perpetual bliss which neither diminishes nor vanishes.
Meditating the three names purifies mind . Singing their glory is vocal penance. Depicting their glory through dance is penance by body.
Yaga, yoga, attachment, enjoyment, yajna and other practices are not required
for those who immerse in the glory of trinity. Salvation is assured through devotion, knowledge and realisation.
Supreme Conciousness (Para Brahman) can be attained by these names. They eradicate worldly fears like birth, life and death.
Immersing in the glory of trinity dispels the worst sins just as the effulgent Sun dispels pitch darkness. Narayana Teerdha considers that the purifying power of the three names is the king of piligrimages.
