purushOttamA yanTE punDlu boochulu mAnu
paramaushadha meetaDE pATimpa mAku ||

By uttering the names of Hari and Achyuta all sins are dispelled. Narasimha's name destroys deep rooted sorrows. If you address Purushottama, he heals all wounds and expels all evil spirits. He is our Supreme medicine.

If you say Vasudeva all bondages snap off. If you address Sri Krishna well hundreds of diseases are cured. He is the best divine medicine that eradicates all sufferings.

Uttering Govinda's name grants prosperity. Madhava's name bestows happiness in this and other 'Lokas". Narayana's name takes care of bodily happiness. Sri Venkatesa is our divine panacea.
